Flowers, flowers everywhere

Ive been kinda under the weather so this took longer than I hoped, but this is a gift for ♥ Her FFXIV Miqote gal~

I did this mostly in SAI and BG pattern thing behind the roses was a pattern brush in CSP. I need to learn CSP better so I can obliterate the need to switch to it for textures/editing and whatnot already....but I'll leave that for after I finish this batch of chibis I wanna finish on top of another gift for a friend so it doesn't take forever lol
